OEM ODM Flex Membrane Switches keyboard is a type of switch that uses a thin film of flexible material with a printed circuit and a metal dome that acts as a tactile contact. When the user presses the metal dome, it snaps down and touches the circuit, completing the electrical connection and sending a signal. The metal dome also provides a tactile and audible feedback to the user.

1. Graphic Overlay: Printed on PET or PC sheets, graphic overlays feature intricate designs and text for labeling and key functions, known for high transparency, strong ink adhesion, elasticity, and toughness.
2. Upper Adhesive: Tightly connecting panel and circuit layers for sealing, the upper adhesive boasts high viscosity and anti-aging properties, with a thickness ranging from 0.02 to 0.05mm.
3. Upper Circuit: This layer is mainly metal dome or polydome (die-pressing silver paste point), which as the upper circuit facilitating connectivity with the lower circuit via key presses.
4. The Spacer: Insulating and bonding upper and lower circuit layers, the spacer prevents metal dome shift using PET double-sided tape, typically 0.05 to 0.2mm thick.
5. Lower Circuit: Using PET, the lower circuit employs silver paste and carbon ink for circuit design printing, offering excellent conductivity and LED mounting capabilities.
6. Back Adhesive: For membrane switch assembly bonding, the back adhesive utilizes genuine 3M adhesive, with options like 3M55236, 3M9448A, 3M467, 3M468, and 3M300LSE.
